Overview
The Bachelor’s Program in Public Administration is a program under the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences that focuses on public management, public policy, and public organizations. It prepares students to become expert analysts in various fields, such as the digitalization of government administration, public services, the management of government and nongovernmental programs, anti-corruption, public sector human resource management, public sector organizational management, and other areas related to governance in the public sector.
Furthermore, this program places a strong emphasis on fostering a broad perspective among graduates and a democratic learning environment, supported by faculty members who are graduates of universities both domestically and internationally.

Vision and Mission
Vision
To become a leading and trusted academic community dedicated to advancing the field of Public Administration at the national and international levels, grounded in humanum-religiosum and guided by the spirit of “bakuning hyang mrih guna santyaya bhakti” to promote human dignity and the integrity of creation.
Mission
- To establish the Study Program as a more progressive and productive implementer of the three pillars of higher education at the national and international levels in the field of Public Administration at the undergraduate (Bachelor’s) level.
- To position the Study Program as an academic community grounded in humanum-religiosum, guided by the spirit of “caritas et veritate” (love in truth), accompanied by a commitment to “doing more and better” in the implementation of teaching, research, and community service.
- To position the Study Program as one capable of contributing to the advancement of innovative public governance and the transformation of public service through the three pillars of higher education.
Objectives
- To produce graduates who have a thorough grasp of general theoretical concepts in public administration and specific theoretical concepts in public policy, public organizations, and public management
- To produce graduates who are able to apply public administration expertise and utilize public administration knowledge in problem-solving
- To produce graduates who are capable of making sound decisions based on data and information analysis, developing alternative solutions, and recommending solutions both independently and in groups
- To produce graduates who are capable of adapting to any situation, taking responsibility for their own work, and being entrusted with responsibility for the organization’s performance outcomes.
