Students from the Bachelor of Public Administration Program at Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR) have earned international recognition by receiving the Best Paper Award at the 6th International Conference on Governance, Public Administration, and Social Science (ICoGPASS) 2026.
The award was presented to Triana Khairunisa Putri, Disya Fawzia Zahra, and Nazwa Eka Siyamunisa, under the supervision of Dr. Tutik Rachmawati, for their research paper entitled “Creating Public Value through Digital Social Innovation: The Role of ICT in Indonesian Social Enterprises.”
ICoGPASS is an international academic conference that brings together scholars, researchers, and students to present research and exchange ideas on contemporary issues in governance, public administration, and the social sciences. The conference provides an important platform for fostering international academic collaboration and promoting innovative research.
In their study, the UNPAR team examined how Information and Communication Technology (ICT) contributes to the creation of public value through digital social innovation within Indonesian social enterprises. The research highlights the role of digital transformation in enhancing social impact, strengthening civic participation, and supporting more inclusive and sustainable public governance.
Receiving the Best Paper Award reflects the academic excellence and research quality demonstrated by the students, while also showcasing the Bachelor of Public Administration Program’s commitment to producing internationally relevant research that addresses contemporary public administration challenges.


This achievement is expected to inspire more students to pursue high-quality research, expand their international academic engagement, and contribute innovative ideas that create meaningful impacts for society.
