DEVELOPING WORK EXPERIENCE THROUGH THE MBKM IMPACTFUL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM FOR THE ODD SEMESTER OF THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC YEAR

During the Odd Semester of the 2026/2027 Academic Year, 24 students from UNPAR’s Public Administration Program participated in the Impactful Internship program as part of their learning process outside the classroom. This program provided students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through involvement in the public sector workplace.

During this Impactful Internship, the 24 students completed internships at various government agencies and public sector organizations at the regency, city, provincial, and national levels. By selecting agencies that aligned with their individual interests and learning needs, the students gained diverse experiences tailored to the specific work fields and organizational environments where they conducted their internships.

Through the MBKM Impactful Internship, students can directly apply the knowledge and skills acquired during their studies to real-world work situations. Additionally, this program serves as an opportunity for students to familiarize themselves with work processes, coordination, communication, and the dynamics within the public sector as part of their preparation for the professional world.
