The UNPAR Public Administration Program hosted an Alumni Talk titled “From Campus to Career: Finding Your Path, Building Your Impact” on September 19, 2026. The event featured Muthia Zahira Rachman, S.AP., a 2020 graduate of the UNPAR Public Administration program, as a guest speaker to share her experiences on the journey from college to the professional world.
During the sharing session, Muthia discussed her experiences as a Public Administration student, ranging from her involvement in academic and research activities and her experience in student organizations to the various accomplishments she achieved during her time at university. These experiences were part of her learning journey, which helped her develop various competencies and prepare herself to enter the workforce.
Through this event, students are encouraged to view their college years as an opportunity to explore their interests, develop their skills, and gain a variety of experiences that will serve as a foundation for building their careers. The Alumni Talk also illustrates that Public Administration graduates have a wide range of opportunities to pursue careers aligned with their interests and abilities.
We hope this event will serve as a space for learning and the exchange of experiences between alumni and students. It is expected to broaden students’ perspectives on the professional world while encouraging them to begin building their skills, gaining experience, and charting their career paths while still in college.
