The Public Administration Study Program and the Public Administration Student Association (HMPSAP) of Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR) organized an Alumni Talk on November 22, 2025, as part of the Public Career program. The event provided a platform for alumni to share their professional experiences and offer students practical insights into careers in both the public and private sectors.
During the discussion sessions, alumni reflected on the challenges they encountered when entering the workforce, including recruitment processes, adapting to workplace culture, and developing long-term career strategies. They emphasized the importance of building relevant competencies, maintaining mental readiness, and remaining adaptable in an ever-changing professional environment. Alumni also shared practical advice and lessons learned from common mistakes, helping students prepare more effectively for their future careers.

Beyond providing career insights, the Alumni Talk strengthened connections between alumni and current students through open and interactive discussions. The event created valuable opportunities for participants to expand their professional networks, establish meaningful connections, and foster a supportive community for navigating future career challenges.
Through this initiative, students are expected to gain a clearer understanding of career opportunities while developing the knowledge, confidence, and preparedness needed to successfully transition into the professional world.
